Client Relations Coordinator for Saavedra & Perez Law
As the Client Relations Coordinator at Saavedra & Perez, I manage communication with clients who are going through removal proceedings. I stay in close contact through phone, email, or chat to ensure our clients feel supported throughout the process. I bring 3 years of immigration experience and over 4 years in customer service, which helps me understand how to make clients feel heard and cared for during challenging times.
Why this work matters to me
I know how much courage and sacrifice it takes to start over in a new country. Behind every case there is a story full of hope and challenges, and having the chance to support clients—even in what might seem like a small way—makes this work meaningful to me.
My favorite thing about the work I do is knowing that I’m helping people during one of the most important moments in their lives. I really enjoy being in communication with people, explaining the process of their case and making them feel supported by the work we’re doing for them. For me, it’s not just about completing tasks to comply with requirements, but about truly helping others and giving them a sense of trust and hope throughout the process.
Where do I feel like I belong?
A place where I feel like I belong is both with my family and in the work I do. With my family, I feel that sense of love and safety that makes me whole. I also feel I belong in my job and my duties, because supporting others through immigration work gives me a sense of purpose and that I can contribute in a positive way in people’s lives.
Family time and monster trucks
When it comes to food, I love chicken in any form, as well as acidic fruits. I really enjoy spending time with my family, going out to explore different natural places, and simply being together. One of my favorite things is playing with my son and his little cars, especially monster trucks racing around the house. Those moments bring me so much joy!
